Job Summary

  • Provide day-to-day support for applications running in a mission-critical environment on a 24x7 basis.
  • Identify problems, analyze issues, and develop enhancements and new areas of functionality.
  • Participate in an out-of-hours on-call rota for 24x7 application support.
