Key Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 3 years or greater experience in refinery, petrochemical or equivalent industrial machinery design, repair, and maintenance
  • Familiar with national codes and standards such as API, ANSI, and ASME
  • Experience in Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and bad actor troubleshooting
  • Ability to respond to abnormal plant operation events
  • Physical ability to climb ladders, walk up and down steps, and lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to work at heights and in inclement weather
  • Possess a valid Driver's License
  • Active TWIC card or ability to obtain one
