Job Summary
Lead and oversee Pratt & Whitney’s Ethics & Compliance program for the West Palm Beach, FL and Puerto Rico sites, functioning as an independent leader who reviews, evaluates, investigates and assesses ethics and compliance issues and concerns.
Responsible for leading efforts to continually enhance and improve ethics and the “Speak Up” culture at the Florida and Puerto Rico sites.
Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to mitigate and reduce compliance risk at the Florida and Puerto Rico sites, as well as assisting with other sites as needed.
