Job Summary

  • The HR team creates conditions for our people to perform, grow, and engage, enabling the business to achieve its strategic ambition.
  • As an HR Business Partner, you will provide strategic business partnering to the US BioPharmaceuticals Business Unit Respiratory and Immunology leadership team to deliver talent and workforce priorities and accelerate career development.
  • We work, on average, a minimum of three days per week from the office while balancing the expectation of being in the office with respecting individual flexibility.
