Job Summary
This role provides service to customers via inbound and outbound calls in regard to presenting and closing customers on products and services and handling Patient Enrollment and repeat order opportunities in a courteous, professional manner.
Organize and maintain customer medical records by collecting pertinent and relevant information about customers, and uploading leads into the database.
