Key Requirements
Master's degree or higher in polymer science, chemistry, materials science, or related field
3-5 years of work experience in R&D and product development
Experience with polymer systems, adhesives, coatings, films, or electronic materials
Experience handling various types of samples for testing
Proficiency in conducting product evaluations and performance testing
Proficient in designing experiments and testing methods
Good understanding about IP protocols and procedures
