Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are required to report all changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor as soon as practical.
The role involves assisting residents with personal care, transporting them to new rooms or vehicles, and ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the shift.
