Job Summary
You will define and pilot the After-Sales Service (SAV) strategy for the Watchmaking-Jewellery Division, ensuring operational excellence and making it a lever for differentiation.
Your mission includes developing the internalization of jewellery repair services, harmonizing repair practices, and optimizing the repair network to support growth and strategic priorities.
You will be responsible for defining the target organization of internal repair workshops, auditing external workshops, and managing the evolution of global SAV IT solutions.
