  • You will define and pilot the After-Sales Service (SAV) strategy for the Watchmaking-Jewellery Division, ensuring operational excellence and making it a lever for differentiation.
  • Your mission includes developing the internalization of jewellery repair services, harmonizing repair practices, and optimizing the repair network to support growth and strategic priorities.
  • You will be responsible for defining the target organization of internal repair workshops, auditing external workshops, and managing the evolution of global SAV IT solutions.
