Must-have
7+ years professional game development experience
Strong command of Blueprints and C++
Deep understanding of UE5 core systems
Experience with world partition and level loading
Solid debugging and profiling skills
Ability to work quickly in a prototype-driven workflow
Nice-to-have
Hands-on experience with Nanite and Lumen
Experience with Gameplay Ability System (GAS)
Prior work on open-world or MMO titles
Familiarity with cinematic capture workflows
Comfort using AI coding tools like Copilot
Performance-aware coding practices
