We are looking for an individual who can provide culinary support in at our outdoor poolside restaurant, PB&G, inspired by local waters, vegetation and farms of the south, with familiar favorites and southern comforts.
Responsibilities include primarily working with cold items, overall preparation organization, and flexibility in being cross trained in other outlets, and work within the hot station.
