New hires start at an hourly rate of $43.85, increasing to $57.80 upon completion of the E&M Skills Training curriculum.

Must-have
Perform scheduled and corrective maintenance on pipeline systems
Diagnose and repair complex electrical and mechanical faults
Adhere to DOT, OSHA, and EPA safety regulations
Work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as necessary
Maintain pumps, motors, valves, and control systems
Nice-to-have
Technical mentorship and training for junior technicians
Experience with PLC programming and installation
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to work independently without supervision
Proficiency in MAXIMO and MS Office applications
Key Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent required
Valid Driver's License mandatory
Legal authorization to work in the US full-time
Willingness to travel for two separate 2-week training periods
