Job Summary

• The General Manager is responsible for the effective and profitable oversight of all day-to-day venue operations, including but not limited to concessions, catering, and premium services.
• Continuously enhance and innovate the guest experience for F&B offerings, service delivery, technology, and communications while balancing creativity with operational feasibility.
• Develop and execute annual operating and capital budgets that support a fiscally sound operation, including labor forecasting, product mix, pricing strategy, and cost controls.

Base: $130,000 - $150,000; Bonus/Equity: bonus potential commensurate with experience; Benefits: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan
