Key Requirements

  • High school graduate or GED
  • 1 year experience in security or public safety
  • Security Officer Healthcare Certification (CHSO) within 2 years
  • Unarmed Guard License for North Carolina within 1 year
  • Stop the Bleed Certification within 1 year
  • Conducted Energy Weapon certification within 90 days
  • Valid driver's license
  • FOID Card or Concealed Carry Weapon license for Illinois
  • State of Illinois 20-hour Basic Security Officer course for Illinois team members
