Job Summary

  • Lead Operational Excellence / Continuous Improvement and Digitalization activities across the Plant functions, in order to meet strategic BP objectives and enable transformation.
  • Establish the Site PMO to help support Program/Project execution (measure and track outcomes), monitor risks and ensure prioritization and alignment of organizational goals and strategies.
  • Develop organizational capabilities to become a flexible operation focusing on business efficiency, customer service, quality mindset, continuous improvement, and competitiveness to become a high-performance organization.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Science, Pharmacy or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment

  • Certification belt in Lean / Six Sigma and Project Management
  • English & Arabic Proficiency
