Must-have

  • HL7 v2, HL7 CCD/CDA, and FHIR interface mapping
  • Develop, deploy and support APIs, data pipelines, and integration services
  • HIPAA, GDPR, 21st Century Cures Act compliance
  • Securely integrating data using multiple transport and messaging protocols
  • Working knowledge of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with patient matching technologies
  • Experience supporting globally deployed solutions
  • Experience in regulated medical device software
  • Agile software development methodologies

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of Interoperability Engineering experience
  • Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related field or equivalent
  • HL7 v2, FHIR, IHE profiles, SMART on FHIR, CDS Hooks knowledge
  • Integration engines and their capabilities knowledge
  • Experience with security concepts such as TLS/mTLS, OAuth, JWT
