  • The HR Specialist, Training & Engagement is responsible for creating an engaging and inclusive employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.
  • This role supports the development and delivery of training programs, employee engagement initiatives, and internal communications to ensure employees feel welcomed, supported, and connected to Steamboat Ski & Resort Corp (SSRC) and the HR Department.
