The Operations Management Leadership Program (OMLP) is GE HealthCare’s flagship two‑year, early‑career leadership development programme designed to accelerate high‑potential talent into future operations and supply chain roles through hands‑on experience.
Each of the three 8-month rotations includes responsibilities such as Manufacturing Operations Supervisor, Sourcing/Materials Management, Technical roles, and Environment, Health & Safety support.
You will gain international experience in at least one rotation outside of your home country within our European sites in Ireland, Norway, Netherlands and the UK.
