  • Ensures that all work stations remain clean and sufficiently stocked, orders replacement stock, and accurately completes required paperwork.
  • Manages staff to ensure food preparation meets guidelines set by Legends and the board of health, and must be knowledgeable of all positions to fill in if needed.
