Job Summary
Assist in managing day-to-day operations of Intake Workers, maintaining regular floor presence for hands-on supervision and addressing staff concerns.
Conduct supervision meetings, probation check-ins, and annual performance evaluations, while also preparing staff schedules and managing attendance in compliance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Ensure clients receive appropriate services and support, addressing their issues and concerns professionally, and conducting daily rounds to monitor well-being and staff interactions.
