  • The R&D Technician supports agricultural innovation by coordinating field research, collecting and analyzing data, and maintaining key systems such as weather monitoring and compost operations to enhance sustainable sugarcane production.
  • Plan and coordinate research initiatives in crop nutrition, weed control, IPM, plant growth regulators, and harvesting practices, and manage the composting site.
