This position is responsible for managing, developing, and motivating Sales Representative teams, implementing sales plans, and achieving company and/or supplier goals.
Responsibilities include constructing yearly business plans, managing portfolio profitability, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and working with key suppliers to ensure mutually set goals are met.
Requires demonstrated leadership skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
