As a senior consultant, you will participate in the implementation of strategically important projects in cooperation with Latvian public administration institutions, municipalities, state-owned companies, and European Union institutions.
You will conduct information research, data analysis, and report preparation, as well as prepare proposals for public sector and international organization clients.
You will gain an individually created development plan for your professional growth, an experienced mentor, and the opportunity to develop your professional skills through various seminars and e-learning.

Salary
Base: EUR 1900 - 2500 (gross) monthly; Bonus/Equity: Bonus program; Benefits: Additional annual leave days, absence days for significant life events, attractive benefits package after probation period (health insurance, 3rd pension level, budget for meals or sports/health services)
