Leads are to coach and reinforce Barclays Center employee guidelines and are the link between management and part-time team members.
This role requires a focus on providing superior guest services and reinforcing Barclays Center Experience behaviors.

Key Requirements
Previous security experience
valid NYS Security Guard Card License
F03 Fire Guard license
High school diploma or equivalent
Two (2) years prior customer service experience
Must be able to walk/stand for 4-6 hours
Ability to lift 50 or more pounds
Ability to push/pull up to 200 pounds
Available to work at least five (5) evening events per week
