Manage, coordinate, and prepare corporate travel requirements such as tickets, hotel reservations, and ground transportation for executives and other employees.
Collect and send documentation for client contracts and bid processes, and review and direct invoices for approval.
Manage phone calls, emails, and internal and external correspondence, and coordinate client and employee attendance at scheduled meetings.
