Job Summary

  • Provision of strategic leadership, mentorship and management to designated Toronto hospitals, partnering with hospital leadership to ensure hospitals are appropriately staffed to ensure the highest quality veterinary care, and associate and client experience while maximizing profitability.
  • Responsible for building accurate budgets and leading the designated Toronto hospitals to achieve results, identifying and implementing strategic initiatives and being a strong partner and communicator with hospital associates, clients, local DVM/RVT colleges, the VCA Support Office and our industry partners.
