Job Summary

• Oversees completion of various compliance testing, liquidity risk management, and derivatives monitoring related to mutual fund and other investment company trading activity.
• Responsible for managing a team of compliance analysts, training efforts, and client relationships, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of compliance reporting.
• Requires a comprehensive understanding of regulations including the Investment Company Act of 1940, Sub Chapter M, and fund-specific investment restrictions.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or business-related area or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years mutual fund compliance, reporting, administration or similar industry experience
• Prior people management experience required
• Advanced experience working with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
