Job Summary
Conduct parent visit assessments within 30 days of receiving records to determine eligibility for early childhood education and family support services for infants and toddlers.
Conduct interviews to educate parents in coping techniques and assist them in accessing resources or referrals for appropriate education and nutrition for their child.
Review records and reports to ensure compliance with federal and state law regulations and policies, and may conduct ongoing home visitation on an as-needed basis.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Nursing, Early Childhood Education
Bachelor’s degree in Social or Behavioral Science related field with one year experience
Master’s degree in Human Services may substitute for experience
Associate degree in Nursing with KY licensure and two years public health experience
