Job Summary

  • Drive the strategic supply network development and cost management of Anduril’s product hardware across their lifecycles.
  • Partner with strategic suppliers to accelerate product development via activities such as concept scoping, feature trade-offs, and joint design development.
  • Lead all cost engineering activities to converge the bottoms-up cost curve to product cost, maximizing the total cost of ownership (TCO) across the product lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical field
  • 3+ years of experience in sourcing engineering
  • Domain expertise in value/procurement engineering
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Ability to relocate to Costa Mesa, CA
  • Master's degree or advanced technical degree (preferred)
  • Experience in electronics and/or mechanical devices design (preferred)
  • Experience in advanced sourcing (preferred)
  • Experience in supplier development (preferred)
  • Experience in early supplier engagement (preferred)
  • Familiarity with high-tech products in high-mix, low-volume (preferred)
  • Exposure to fast-pace, start-up environment (preferred)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance (preferred)
