Key Requirements
Graduate of Accredited Nursing School (ADN acceptable)
Three years RN experience or 5 years LPN experience in LTC setting
One year leadership experience required
State of Missouri Registered Nurse license
Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification from AHA
