Drive continuous improvement at site level, through KPIs and Benchmarking as well as support new product introduction.

Demonstrated knowledge in Hygienic Design, Process Safety Management, extraction, compounding, spray drying, powder handling, CAD, statistical analysis, process design capability, and Six Sigma
