Supervising a small team of Dealing Support employees and ensuring all BAU tasks are completed on time and in line with the SLD.
Acting as the day-to-day liaison and point of contact on all Dealing Support matters, including processing and tracking Alternative Fund Deals.

Team and performance management experience
Microsoft Excel (formulas, lookups, pivot tables)
Producing management standard documentation
Independent initiative and responsibility management
Excellent written and verbal communication
Phone based liaison experience
Nice-to-have
Fund or financial services experience
Proactive static data setup
Processing alternative fund deals
Coordinating reconciliations and break resolution
Responding to client and FM/TA queries
Testing for releases and functional changes
Key Requirements
Experience of team and performance management
Skilled in Microsoft Excel
Experience producing documentation of a management standard
