Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • AI coding assistants and enterprise software agents
  • LLM integrations and agent orchestration
  • Cloud-native microservices and scalable APIs
  • Python, Node.js, Java, Go, or C#
  • Major cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, containerization

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with data engineering tools
  • Front-end experience for internal tools
  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate
  • Modernizing legacy systems

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years professional software engineering experience
  • Proficiency using AI coding tools and agents
  • Strong ability to review, validate, and debug AI-generated code
  • Solid understanding of backend systems and microservice architectures
  • Experience designing and maintaining RESTful or gRPC APIs
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
  • Working knowledge of Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes
