Job Summary
The Senior HR Business Partner supports approximately 1,400 employees across 10 sites in Italy, Poland, and the Czech Republic by driving an integrated people strategy aligned with business roadmaps.
This role leads core HR cycles, coaches leaders, manages complex organizational and employee matters, and fosters a culture of safety, respect, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
Relocation assistance is provided, and the position requires occasional travel to sites in Italy, Poland, and the Czech Republic.
