The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must report all changes in residents' condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of protected health information to supervisors immediately.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and maintaining cleanliness and comfort throughout the shift.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
High school education or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
Knowledge of blood/body fluid exposure protocols
Experience with resident assessment and care plans
Nice-to-have
Strong communication skills for reporting changes
Ability to maintain a calm and positive environment
Willingness to assist with end-of-life care
Attention to detail in record keeping and documentation
