Evaluates pediatric and select adult patients for physical therapy due to injury or disease and administers treatment.
Develops and administers therapeutic treatment to patients with developmental delay or functional deficits to provide optimal development, function, and independence.
Fabricates, recommends, or provides adaptive equipment, splints, or casts to maintain functional body joint positions, restrict muscle contractures, prevent deformities, and improve function or mobility.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
State of Ohio licensure in physical therapy
Valid Ohio driver’s license
proof of auto insurance
CPR certification no later than 60 days post hire
One year of physical therapy work experience in a pediatric setting or clinical affiliation in area of pediatrics
