Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 15+ years in energy or nuclear infrastructure projects
  • 7+ years in senior leadership roles
  • Proven P&L responsibility with revenue growth
  • Experience managing DOE, NNSA, or utility programs
  • Strong understanding of nuclear safety and regulatory frameworks

Nice-to-have

  • Advanced degree in Engineering or Business (MBA/MS)
  • Experience with SMR/AMR or advanced fuel cycle programs
  • Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
  • Demonstrated relationships with national labs and industry partners

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business
  • 15+ years experience in energy/nuclear infrastructure
  • 7+ years in senior leadership roles
  • Residing in Northern Virginia, DC, Maryland area or willingness to travel 50%
