Skills & Requirements
Must-have
10+ years small component assembly experience
Minimum 1 year micro soldering experience
Accurate color vision and near vision capabilities
Ability to interpret engineering prints and wiring diagrams
Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
Nice-to-have
IPC solder certification or equivalent experience
Experience mentoring and coaching team members
Designated Inspection certification
Ability to work in high-paced manufacturing environment
Experience with Lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives
Key Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
Fine soldering certificate or equivalent experience
US Person status required due to ITAR regulations
Pass background check and drug test if FAA sensitive
