  • Ability to interpret engineering prints and wiring diagrams
  • Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

  • IPC solder certification or equivalent experience
  • Experience mentoring and coaching team members
  • Designated Inspection certification
  • Ability to work in high-paced manufacturing environment
  • Experience with Lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives

Key Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Fine soldering certificate or equivalent experience
  • US Person status required due to ITAR regulations
