Must-have

  • Registered Nurse license in state of practice
  • Three years home health or infusion experience
  • Supervisory experience in healthcare setting
  • Knowledge of Home Health Regulations
  • Active driver's license and auto insurance
  • Current BLS/CPR certification

Nice-to-have

  • BSN degree preferred
  • Public Health Nurse Certificate
  • Two years supervisory experience
  • Experience with ACHC Standards
  • Strong interpersonal conflict resolution skills

Key Requirements

  • Graduate from accredited school of nursing
  • Minimum three years RN experience in home health
  • Minimum two years supervisory experience preferred
  • Unrestricted registered nurse license required
  • Must possess active driver's license
