Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years Corporate Trust or related financial markets/securities industry experience
  • Minimum 7 years financial services industry experience
  • Strong Client Management Experience
  • Ability to review deal governing documents
  • Experience in Loans and CLOs very desirable
  • Solid understanding of product(s) administered
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
