Must-have

  • 5 years building services experience
  • FCU servicing and C&G Pts 1 & 2
  • MV/LV Electrical isolations operations
  • Emergency lighting testing and fault finding
  • elogbooks CAFM system proficiency
  • Simmtronic lighting control system understanding

  • Proactive approach to highest standards
  • Excellent communication with all staff levels
  • Ability to work under pressure calmly
  • Strong IT skills for email communication

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Building Services
  • Electrical/Mechanical Engineering apprenticeship or similar
  • C&G Pts 1 & 2 equivalent or exceeds
  • 18th Edition IEE Wiring and Installation certification
  • Experience with elogbooks CAFM system
