Cedar is seeking a Part-time Patient Advocate to serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare providers, managing communication and billing processes. Job Summary
The Part-Time Patient Advocate position serves as the liaison between the patient and healthcare provider supporting our patients through live chat, phone, and email communications.
Manage on average 60-80 incoming and outgoing patient calls daily regarding medical bills and lead the payment posting process.
This is a part-time role, expected to work approximately 20 hours per week - 10 AM - 3PM ET Monday -Thursday, with the opportunity to extend.
