Administer a diverse, nationwide portfolio of specialty assets held in fiduciary accounts, including commercial and residential real estate, mineral interests, tangible assets, and mortgage-related assets.
Ensure full compliance with Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) regulations and BNY policy guidelines, lead end-to-end oversight of specialty assets, complete Regulation 9 reviews, annual inspections, monitor valuation, performance tracking, documentation, and execution of asset strategies.
Meet with high-net-worth clients to understand their asset strategies and real estate investment objectives, risk tolerance, and long-term goals.
