Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree with 2 years supervisory experience or equivalent
Associate's degree with 4 years supervisory experience or equivalent
High school diploma with 6 years supervisory experience
Ability to follow union contracts and resolve union concerns
Experience in supervisory, operations, or construction roles
Must be within commutable distance or willing to relocate
