  • Lead the standardization and control of processes for CFM BX and PP20 parts across assembly, braze, and wire EDM to make them flow-line ready and stabilize LEAP Flow line performance.
  • Own validation and introduction of tools/equipment, deploy data-driven problem solving and PFMEA/MSA/SPC, and drive measurable improvements in OEE, FPY, Cpk, cycle time, and on-time-to-schedule while coaching teams and coordinating cross-functionally to achieve SQDIP outcomes.
