Job Summary

  • Lead the reliability backbone of our Morris Plains, New Jersey site, guiding a team to ensure every process and laboratory asset is designed, maintained, improved, and retired with intention.
  • Set maintenance strategy, champion data-driven reliability, and own master data and Key Performance Indicators to keep equipment available, compliant, and audit-ready.
  • Partner across Operations and Manufacturing Sciences to support new product introductions, define User Requirements, Functional Specifications, and Detailed Design Specifications, and drive facility changes aligned to five- and ten-year plans.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of engineering experience
