Skills & Requirements
Must-have
6+ years CNC machine operation experience
Fluent in G & M code programming
Experience with 3 to 5 axis CNC machines
Ability to read work instructions and setup sheets
Proficiency with measuring tools like micrometers and CMM
Strong math skills including trigonometry
Commitment to workplace safety and PPE usage
Nice-to-have
Prior leadership or team lead experience
Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
Familiarity with Lean manufacturing and 5S concepts
Experience machining silicon, glass, or brittle materials
