Must-have
10+ years systems engineering experience
5+ years usability engineering expertise
Deep knowledge of IEC 62366 and ISO 14971
Expertise in risk management and regulatory compliance
Proven track record leading complex system development
Nice-to-have
Master's or PhD in related field
Experience influencing across functions without authority
Fluency in English language
Ability to drive continuous improvement methodologies
Key Requirements

10+ years experience in regulated industries
