Candidates will assist in creating build processes, managing software distribution, and performing OS migrations across Windows PC's and Citrix servers.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
2 years IS/IT desktop support experience
Windows desktop/laptop/Citrix/Active Directory
OS migration and new technology deployment
Tier 2 & 3 desktop troubleshooting
SCCM and Active Directory administration
Nice-to-have
Experience in mainly thin client environment
Strong customer service orientation
Project management skills
Knowledge of data privacy practices
Key Requirements
Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Minimum 2 years supporting Windows desktop/laptop/Citrix/Active Directory
Minimum 1 year solid foundation working with Active Directory and SCCM
