• The Observation unit is a fast paced 6-8 bed unit, with potential to expand, caring for patients under 24–48-hour observation.
• The goal is to prepare the patients for discharge within 24 hours or less, or work with the physician team to upgrade the patient's status.

• ADN required, BSN or higher preferred
• Virginia or compact multistate RN license
• BLS within 90 days of hire
