Job Summary
Serve as the link between factory operations, the Central Operations Team, and the central SAP & Digital Technology (DT) organization to ensure digital solutions reflect manufacturing needs and are integrated with SAP.
Represent factory operations in IT and SAP initiatives, translate operational needs into business requirements, and assess/propose improvements for existing operational systems.
Collaborate with IT to implement, test, and deploy SAP-based digital tools, ensuring proper documentation and user readiness through training.
